Booking Policy

Treatments are available by prior appointments only 100% payment secures your treatment reservation.
Payment Methods: Credit & Debit Cards and EFT (NO CASH)
Gratuities at own discretion.

Please note the following arrangements for client bookings outside of Summerset Place Country House:

* The Full Amount is payable when making the booking at Summerset Pamper Spa.
* The gate pass will only be for the quantity of persons booked & paid for the requested treatments at Summerset Pamper Spa.
* No Children will be allowed without an appointment.
* Please note that no person entering the Summerset Place premises for a booking at Summerset Spa, will be allowed to use the resort facilities including the
swimming pools.
* All outside Clients must adhere to the Rules and Regulations of Summerset Place Country House.
* Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointed time in order to complete the necessary client consultation forms and to ensure that you do not lose any of your precious treatment time.

Late arrivals may still be accommodated on condition that the scheduled treatment may not exceed the original booking time. The fully booked treatment fee will be charged.

No refunds will be considered.
